Refund Policy


Returns for Domestic & International Orders

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only for products that are defective or damaged. Items must be in their original packaging. Please inspect your item upon arrival; all damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

How to File a Return: Contact us at hello@bhavinijohar.com with a detailed description of the issue, including photographic documentation. Items must be unused and in the condition received to qualify for a return.

Return Process:

  1. Pre-Delivery Documentation: We photograph each product and its packaging before dispatch to ensure the legitimacy of any claims.
  2. Customer Documentation: If your package appears damaged upon arrival, please photograph it immediately.
  3. Return Review: Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  4. Reverse Pickup: We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the item. 


Refunds for Domestic & International Orders

Evaluation: Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Transaction Fees: A 2% transaction fee is non-refundable and will not be reversed under any circumstances, including refunds, reversals, or cancellations.

Processing Time: Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@bhavinijohar.com.

How to start a Return

The quickest way to initiate a return is to write to us at hello@bhavinijohar.com with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll take care of the rest. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
